Discovered this ramen resto near Sendai JR Station with a high score on Google Maps, so I decided to give it a try with my sis on our first night in Sendai. . We both ordered the Sea Bream Clear Soup with Sanshō Soba. The broth was light, with the natural sweetness of sea bream coming through cleanly. The sanshō added a citrusy fragrance and gentle numbing sensation. The noodles were thin and smooth, and garnishes like fresh herbs, scallions, and a decorative flower‑cut fish cake added fragrance and visual charm. The nori gave a touch of umami, while the slices of meat provided richness without distracting from the broth’s purity. The soft‑boiled egg was perfectly cooked, with a silky white and an orange, runny yolk. . The resto has short opening hours, especially for dinner—only from 18:00 to 19:30—and they mostly operate from Thursday to Sunday. So it’s best to check their Instagram page to confirm whether they’re open on a given day. . The space is quite small, accommodating around 10 customers. Orders are placed through a machine at the entrance before being seated. They accept cash and PayPay. The staff were nice and helpful, assisting us when we didn’t have exact change.
