After enjoying Mid-Hudson Heritage Center, visit this restaurant that is not far away. Nothing can be better than ordering nicely cooked pork ramen, belly pork and dumplings. The staff is friendly that's what makes Ramen by RARE! so nice.

If I can give them a zero review I would, I ordered from the Door Dash app. Apparently, they didn't have the 2 items I ordered and instead of cancelling the order, they kept making the Door Dash Drivers wait. It wasn't until the 3rd Door Dash Driver I was able to communicate directly with the restaurant. Why waste 3 Door Dash drivers time and my time if you don't have the food items. Smh

By far the best ramen I’ve had in the Hudson Valley—and it’s not even close. Ordered take out and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious broth, generous serving of tasty pork belly and a hint of spice. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
