Dear James,Ramnes is a wine bar, not a public service office: on summer nights, if the area empties out, we close earlier without needing permission from anyone.Leaving a negative rating for food, atmosphere, and service simply because you found us closed makes no sense and lacks maturity, especially since you didn't try anything we offer. You could have easily reserved a table instead of complaining.
