My visit to the Ramón Bilbao winery in Rueda was a fascinating and enriching experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with kindness and enthusiasm, which made the experience even more pleasant. The winery is located in a stunning setting, surrounded by vineyards that offer spectacular views, creating the perfect environment for total immersion in the world of wine. During the tour, we had the opportunity to learn about the winemaking process, from the selection of grapes to the creation of the wines. They explained to us in detail how the winery combines tradition and innovation to produce wines of the highest quality. The visit to the winery facilities was fascinating, especially the fermentation area and the modern oak barrels, which keep the secrets of their wines. The tasting was, without a doubt, the highlight of the visit. We had the opportunity to try several of their wines, including the famous Ramón Bilbao Rueda, which stood out for its freshness and elegance. The sommelier who accompanied us during the tasting was very professional and gave us an excellent explanation about the characteristics of each wine, the differences between them and the best gastronomic combinations. At the end of the visit, we enjoyed a small store where you could buy the wines directly from the winery, as well as other related products. The customer service was impeccable and they provided us with a complete experience.
