Café Ramona has an attractive concept, especially for those looking for 100% gluten free options. The breakfast they offer is excellent, with a variety of fresh and tasty products that meet expectations. The place has a good proposal and a pleasant atmosphere, but unfortunately the experience is overshadowed by poor service. Although the self-service system could work well, all the staff were more focused on their phones than serving customers. The only exception was the staff in the bakery, where the treatment was very friendly and close. However, in the rest of the premises, attention was practically non-existent. More than 10 minutes passed before someone approached our table to explain how the system worked, and the worst thing is that we saw several people leave for the same reason, since no one welcomed them or clarified the dynamics of the place. . What surprised me most was the number of staff present, but seemingly without clear tasks, which created even more frustration. It's a shame because the place has a lot of potential, but the lack of organization and poor customer service really take away points. Breakfast is very good, but the service definitely needs urgent improvement. If they can work out these details, it could be a great place.
