Very disappointing experience. I made a purchase at this station and was informed that my payment had not been received. As a result, I paid again using another card. Later, both my credit card and debit card showed the transaction. I contacted the station several times to resolve the issue. I was told by phone that I needed to come to the station in person. At that time, I was traveling in Italy, but I returned to Germany specifically to address this matter. When I arrived, I was informed that the responsible manager was on vacation and was given a phone number to contact him. Despite multiple calls, nobody answered. My bank requires a simple written confirmation stating whether the station received the payment or not, but I have been unable to obtain any assistance or response. I am currently in another country and still trying to resolve this issue. I hope management will contact me and help clarify the status of these transactions. Customer service in this case has been very disappointing.

I am so disappointed with the piza bob worker I was going there almost every week for petrol and to eat something there but unfortunately there is a afghanistan man working he treat almost everyone so bad and looks like he is abusing all the customers.he is rude Ran is a very morden and wellknown brand in Germany but in Freising is bit different the boss of ran petrol pump must have to take action against this man he work mostly in second shift Regard Rohit sharma
