Este "restaurante" es de los pocos que hay en todo el trayecto entre Riobamba y Macas, está justo antes de entrar en el complejo de lagunas de Atillo. Este restaurante es administrado en condiciones duras por los habitantes locales y está bien parar para ayudar a la economía local. Hay otro lugar mejor montado un poco más arriba perp este me llamó la atención por su sencillez. Dentro venden snacks en paquete u tienen la opcion de comer la trucha que se pesca en su propio esranque cruzando la carretera. Las truchas están frescas y provienen del Rio Chambo que discurre a lo largo de la carretera. Los servicios no están dentro de este lugar. Están cruzando la carretera. Son básicos pero limpios. El baño de la izquierda tiene lavamanos. Pedimos un choclo (mazorca o maiz) que estaba fresco y muy tierno, con habas cocinadas. Se ve que ñas traen de parcelas cercanas. Costo: US2.50. Apenas para calmar el hambre a manera de snack. Valió la pena parar en este sencillo lugar.
