ATTENTION I placed an order on Uber Eats and waited for an hour and a half. After about 1 hour and 20 minutes, the driver said there was an issue with my order and left. After that, there was no message from the restaurant at all. Then another driver was assigned and went to pick up my order. I waited another 40 minutes. As it turned out, they were out of order — they didn’t have mac and cheese and they didn’t have ribs, but for some reason they did not update this on Uber Eats. In the end, I waited 2.5 hours and called the restaurant. They said they could not cancel my order, and they also did not notify me in advance that they didn’t have these items and couldn’t prepare the food. This is the worst customer service and the worst restaurant I have ever dealt with. Waiting 2.5 hours for dinner is unacceptable. Then I spent another 30 minutes trying to get a refund through Uber Eats, because if I had canceled the order myself, Uber Eats would have charged me $27. I had to call Uber Eats support, and since today is Sunday, it was very difficult. I want to say this is the worst restaurant in the world. Please do not go here, do not eat here — you may be deceived. They are doing scam and fraud. I do not recommend anyone to eat here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
