Never judge a book by its cover. This lil hole in the wall restaurant is a hidden gem. Everything i tried was crazy good. An the Birra grilled cheese is a must have, do yourself a favor an check it out. I promise you wont be disappointed Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I recently tried the Random AF Sampler Box and overall it was a good experience. The box comes with 3 birria tacos, 2 birria fried burritos, 2 crunchy birria tacos, random AF fries, consomé and a birria grilled cheese. We got takeout, the sauce isn't automatically packed in the bag, so customers need to grab it themselves. The staff was helpful and made sure to let us know before we left. First, let's talk about the size. The portion is huge and can easily feed 2–3 people, making it a great value for the price. The standout was definitely the birria. The meat was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Dipping it into the consomé added a bold, smoky taste that really elevated the dish. The rest of the items were flavorful as well and clearly made with care. My only criticism is that the food felt a bit heavy because it was quite greasy. While the flavor was there, the richness became overwhelming after a while. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly. Overall, I had a good experience. The portions are generous, the birria is delicious, and the customer service is great. First time at Random AF Taqueria Phx today. I takeout ordered the Random AF Taqueria because of the IG advertisement. Ordered it by phone ask the lady that took my order how long it will take she said 20mins ok no problem. Got there 30mins later still had to wait an additional 10mins. My order was brought to me by the lady that was running the counter. Got it home and to my surprise no sauces not evwn the birria sauce in the box. I immediately call the number online and explained that I didnt get any sauces. I didnt even get any birria sauce for all of the birria tacos, egg rolls, grill cheese, etc... that was in the box. How can you have birria anything without the birria sauce to dip everything in tha's claimed to be birria. He chuckled and apologize explained that all the unlimited sauces were on the counter but the taco box comes with sauces on the side but the Random AF Box doesnt... huh? I said to him no one told me that. He said that he will let the staff know to remind the customers to get sauces. Great for future customers but that didn't help my experience and nor did he. There wasn't an offer to comp my box nor offered a free meal... nothing. If he didnt have any authority he also didnt offer for me to talk to a manger. I think at least the large size of birria sauce should be part of the all box orders. Without the birria sauce to dip the tacos, egg rolls, grill cheese, etc it was just shredded beef wrapped in different breading. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
