I had a sausage breakfast sandwich here that was phenomenal. The sausage was moist and delicious, and the bread was amazing, it was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had! I went back for lunch that same day and loved the vodka meatball pesto sandwich. This place is legit, wish I lived closer! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Off the hook good. Re-defines what a "deli" is, Randy's is really a diner that doesn't serve plated food. Capitol Reef doesn't sound like the place for a five-star deli, but we found it in this buzzy deli and ate here 3 times in 24 hours - the hot lunch sandwiches included turkey bacon on a brioche-style ciabatta and other-worldly brisket and roasted pepper grilled cheese. Just to give you an idea, the turkey was served with an herbed citrusy aioli that combatted the potentially dry meat. The grilled cheese came with an au jus dip, that was more of a minestrone, and it wasn't an oily crisping of the toast, it was a hard toasted crunchy style toast, so you weren't overwhelmed with the heaviness of a normal grilled cheese. SO INVENTIVE! Also the bakery. There's a pastry chef back there somewhere, so do NOT sleep on the muffins, which are really cupcakes. Breakfast sandwiches are elevated with the same brioche ciabatta style rolls. And the grab and go sandwiches, while cold, have the same panache as the hot lunch. I kid you not. 3 meals here in 24 hours. THAT good. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
