Hida beef sushi shop in Inuyama Castle Town. This one is adjoining Nikube'e Hida beef sushi. More people line up and consume at Nikube'e. Confusing triple language menu suplmentry with photos Set A to F (¥800-¥1200/ set). Ordered and paid cash outside, and then you were invited to wait indoors. It took time to cook. The staff would call the set number at the pick-up counter. The Ranmaru dining room was decorated with Inuyama signature pink hearts . Limited stools around the little room. Soft lighting. It's good. - Set A, 特上飛驒牛串燒, ¥1100 - Set B, Premium Hida beef skewer,¥900 Normal presentation - skewer with a pink heart on a prawn cracker. Acceptable prices. Claimes using Premium Hida Beef. But, beef had tendon and was very chewy. Set A & B were so salty. Bearly Inedible. Probably Set C, D, and E are the better choices.
