Raphael Restaurant is pretty near Quercus Gallery. Locals appreciate British and French dishes at this bar. Make a change from your customary meal and order perfectly cooked beef fillet, mushrooms and chicken fillet at Raphael Restaurant. Do not leave without trying good almond pie, vanilla ice cream and white chocolate cheesecakes. Delicious malbec, scotch or wine cocktails are waiting for you at this place. It's nice to taste great cappuccino, chocolate frappe or espresso.

The restaurant was situated right in centre of Bath, ideally located. We were met on arrival and offered a table. The staff were very pleasant, my wife has an egg allergy. Which told staff on arrival and they said that was no problem and the everything was cook fresh and could be catered for. We had a small plate of olives and almond to start with a glass of wine and red wine. Which were both at the right temperature, and were extremely pleasant. My ordered the steak which was cooked to her perfection. And. I had the duck, which was offered with potato puree. But I asked if there was an alternative, that’s wasn’t a problem and the staff and chef changed it to small new potatoes, the duck was cooked to perfection and so was the accompanied vegetables. For desert I had the baked cheesecake! Which was presented lovely as were the main dishes. Overall the meal and experience at Raphael’s was a lot higher than we thought. we would highly recommend the restaurant! Best meal we had while visiting Bath and full value for money! Compliments to the restaurant and its staff! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £100+ Dietary restrictions: Wife has egg allergy and was catered for.

Another excellent meal at Raphael Restaurant with the new menu in full flow. We sampled dishes across the range and found everything to be well seasoned, balanced and very flavorsome. We picked from both the à la carte and set menus, both well priced. I particularly enjoyed the Dukkah crusted lamb, but the chicken supreme and ribeye steak also received rave reviews. The desserts are also not to be missed with a stunning blueberry cheesecake and fabulous strawberry panna cotta. If we have to be critical it’s very hard to choose from the menu if you have both gluten and dairy intolences although the staff do their best to manipulate the menu.
