the drinks here are pretty solid, they have a wide variety and they usually taste pretty good. my only complaint with this place is the customer service is horrible. all the girls who work here need extensive customer service training. they’re so quiet that you can barely hear what theyre saying and then they all stare at you very awkwardly when you’re talking. they’ll also just set your drink on the counter and not say anything so you have no idea if it’s yours or the other person’s. i worked at starbucks for several years and you would get fired from starbucks for the lack of customer service skills these ladies have. this place would do sooooo much better if they hired people who had those skills. if this place were a stand alone coffee shop, it would fail Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
