As an Indonesian, I gotta say their sambal is pretty spicy. Their nasi lemak was good, their rendang was... well, acceptable. You get a good amount of food, and the owner is actually from Malaysia and he's super friendly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

I was disappointed with my experience at Rasa Ria. The restaurant’s posted closing time is 8:00 PM, and there is a notice on the door stating that the kitchen closes 30 minutes before closing, which would be 7:30 PM. We arrived at approximately 7:18 PM, well before the stated kitchen closing time. However, the staff member at the front informed us that the kitchen was already closed and we would not be served. What made the experience worse was the way the message was delivered. The tone and body language came across as rude and unwelcoming. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but customer service should remain professional and respectful regardless of demand. If the kitchen closes earlier than the posted time, that information should be clearly communicated. Otherwise, customers who arrive within the stated hours should not be turned away. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service so that future guests feel welcomed and treated with respect. Service: 1
