Rascal is a beautifully executed new restaurant done with great style and charm. It doesn't hurt that this awesome team -- from the talented chefs to their lovely maître d' Isabelle -- always extends great warmth to my dog. That is next level hospitality. You have to support local businesses that are good to animals!
