Absolutely NOT Recommended! I travelled to SFO with family and staying at airport hotel for three nights. Wanted to relish some Indian food and placed order at RASOI via Doodash. Clear instruction written to provide us with paper plates, napkin and utensils or else it would be impossible to eat Indian food. To my surprise, when I received food nothing besides food containers were provided. I had also called Doordash with the same instructions. Doordash fellow (could not speak English) stated that he brought what was provided by Rasoi and asked them for napkins, etc but the manager refused to provide. Called Rasoi and was told Doordash never asked and they did not get any instruction/note. We were not able to eat the food. Next day as we felt desperate to eat Indian food, I repeated the order and very clear instructions. I was shocked to see again no paper plates, napkins and utensils provided. Called again and same old story from both parties. Needless to say, food went to trach. My money (over $140) was wasted. NEVER order anything from RASOI and NEVER use Doordash for delivery!

Very good fresh and hot food. The ambience was nice and the vibe was chill. Service is great and everyone smiles and is very attentive. Food took a minute to prepare but you can't rush greatness. Flavor of the tandoori chicken was so so good. Smokey and juicy. The tikka prawns also very flavorful and if you've ever had tikka you know how good the sauce is. The prawns were scrumptious and cooked perfectly. Each bite snapped and was awesome. Garlic naan was soft and full of flavor and paired very well with the tikka sauce. If you know, you know. I will recommend trying this place and I will definitely be back. Thanks.

So at first I was going to be lazy and just chat GPT a yelp review. But the experience here was so authentic I feel it's only right that I personally share my experience with you all. I came here with my family, none of us knew what to order since it was our first time, so we decided to cherry pick the menu and share. The mango. Malasi drink was elite and so was the juicy tender tandoori chicken sizzling on a steel plate as you can smell the fresh herbs and spices parade across entire restaurant! My favorite part was the chef Asif was there and not only did he introduce himself to us but also asked us how was our experience. My response was: "Phenomenal service (Team was amazing the specialist who brought our food had a permanent smile on his face lol) I would love to make this longer because there are so many good things to say about this place but please go and enjoy it yourselves!! #bayareafoodz
