My husband and I had Raven Ribs for the first time last night and it was amazing! The corn fritters are perfectly crunchy outside and nice and soft inside and that honey butter is the perfect dip to go with them! The bbq itself is also perfection! The pulled pork sandwich (!and pulled pork plate) was soft and tender, and just the right amount of sauce to keep it moist without being messy. The ribs fall off the bone and are slathered in sauce, just the way nature intended. We were sad to hear that this wonderful little shack off our usual beaten path will be closing in a couple of weeks. Anyone reading this, PLEASE do not hesitate to go check them out before you miss them! I recommend calling ahead to place your order, we did not know this and ended up waiting a while. Totally our fault, of course, and the food was more than worth said wait. You truly get a bang for your buck as well, everything we got was around $40, which included a well-deserved tip!
