The theater restaurant's buffet lunch is excellent. The salads were fresh and salad dressings, nuts and seeds were available (photo). The main course was delicious and the Teatteriravintola had used cream to give richness to the food, the appearance was also on point, excellent (photo). The people of Seinäjoki seem to be fans of butter, as Ingmarini was the clear number one choice for bread. The pale bread was delicious, its manufacturer was not found despite the kitchen's efforts to find out, but the name of the bread was known, Miche paysanne, i.e. French root-baked bread. Coffee and self-righteousness with vanilla sauce for dessert. However, the real gem of the restaurant is the space designed by Aalto. While eating, you can look at Aalto's town hall, Lakeude's cross and the Aalto library, as well as the new Apila library all at the same time. The location of the restaurant in the recess is great and when you look out the window, you notice that you are sitting right at ground level, it feels like you are eating outside in the handsome Kansalaistor.
