I would like to share my impression of the Japanese restaurant Raw bubbles, where I recently dined. The restaurant was absolutely amazing! Not only did I enjoy the incredibly delicious food, but I was delighted with the service and atmosphere. This is a quiet and cozy place in one of the most beautiful areas of Riga. The service was simply impeccable. The menu was interesting and I was happy to discover something new for myself. The service was friendly and the food arrived quite quickly. But the most important thing is, of course, the food! All the dishes I ordered were incredibly delicious. They were made with fresh, quality ingredients and each dish was balanced and had its own unique flavor. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fish o-nigiri and duck pasta ramen, both of which were prepared in the open kitchen and were absolutely delicious. If you love Japanese cuisine and want to enjoy it in a pleasant atmosphere, then I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. You definitely won't regret it!
