Best brekki I've had in forever! Such good value for money, and delicious! I had the maple bacon brekki which was super yum! The coffee was 10/10! The amount of avo was mind blowing! I absolutely love this place! My friend and I might make it our usual after surf brekki place, we have been looking for somewhere decent for months! Thank you! My wife was there this morning. Her muesli bowl had hair in it. When she informed the waitress, without any apology or concern, the waitress took the bowl away. She did not return but still charged my wife for the breakfast. I notice that you do not apologise in any of your replies. You should be careful in assuming that your staff behave in the manner that you expect. In this instance, my wife was not refunded. Please take this as constructive feedback and use it to improve your customer service rather than just try to defend yourself based on assumptions. Hi Brent, Our staff surely would have given you a refund or remade the muesli bowl and management would have been informed. Based on your extensive history of bad reviews in the area, you may want to consider approaching the owner and discussing your issues first hand.
