I've eaten at what is supposedly the best burger and shake joint in the PNW and some the most expensive, but Ray's Drive In gave the feel of Everett back in the 1960's, most affordable burger and fries and wide variety of multiple flavors of shakes and hundreds of combination flavors to be explored Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
