A sushi restaurant with an Alexandrian twist. I visited late at night (around 1 a.m.). The place was almost empty, with only one other group, and we were craving ramen and sushi. The atmosphere is amazing—very warm and artistic, with a well-designed interior, glass windows, and creative drawings. The open kitchen setup is a highlight; you can literally watch the cooking process happening. Service-wise, it was essentially a one-man operation—the chef was also the owner, taking orders, cooking, and handling the bill. Because of that, the food took around 45 minutes, but it felt understandable given the setup. We ordered crab ramen, beef ramen, and two sushi rolls (spicy lemon). Everything came out fresh and tasted very good. The ramen was especially enjoyable, and even my friend (trying sushi for the first time) liked it a lot. Overall, it was a unique, one-of-a-kind experience. A bit slow due to the setup, but the quality and concept make it worth it. Definitely a place I’d support and revisit to try whatever new twists the chef comes up with. Surely will visit again even for the vibes only.
