I would like to share my experience at the customer service department at your 120 and 80 ave location. I bought a lip liner which was priced at 7.99. It was rung at the till at different price. As I had purchased only a few items this time I noticed the discrepancy in the price. My cashier told me to take it to the customer service for them to take care of an issue. There at the returns, cashier told me that she would honor the price. I asked her if she would not practice scanning code. Her reply to that was, this is a human error and also the barcode does not match. I showed her the picture which I had taken, as there was no mention of any other price on the shelf. She told me that she does not want to argue with me and can get her manager. Poma, front end assistant manager, came and said the same thing what her cashier has told me. I did not accept her response as I was asking to show me the mention of price of that item. She said we cannot display price for each and every item. I said agreed but where is the generic price for all the lip liners. The only price displayed on shelf is the one I have showed her in the picture. Her response to that was, I can take the matter to the store manager, which I will. I wonder, how they run the store, if a front end cannot deal with such a small priced amount item and need a store manager to help out. Also, I wonder, if Superstore is ripping the customers by displaying the lowest price on the shelf and charging more at tills.

Hello, I would like to share my experience from today. I have been a loyal customer of your business for the past four years and have always appreciated the service provided by your team. Unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing. The cashier, Radha, as well as a new staff member, behaved in a manner that I found rude and unprofessional. Their tone and attitude towards us were not respectful, which made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. As regular customers who have supported your business for many years, we were surprised and disappointed by the way we were treated. Good customer service is one of the reasons customers continue to return, and respectful communication should be maintained with everyone. I understand that staff may sometimes be busy or under pressure, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and professionalism. I am bringing this matter to your attention because I value your business and hope that this feedback will help improve the customer experience. Their produce and in-store baked goods are awful. They raised the price but the quality is so bad. I bought these organic peaches($9.99) just 2days ago and they are mouldy already! We only got to eat 2 of them. And apples and berries are expensive and they go bad very quickly too. I need to stop shopping produce from them anymore unfortunately.
