I really enjoy shopping here, the staff are always very pleasant. But please work on your sale systems. Every time I come here, I have to take photos of each item I purchase that is on sale as it almost never comes through at the till, at the till is always the full price. If I am trying to be in & out before heading to work, I don't have the time to show my evidence for every sale priced item, thus making it an inconvenience to stop in here. Perhaps take a look at a more effective pricing system, would save your staff some grief as well. I'm sure they don't love the relentless debate & it takes them away from being available to help for other issues patrons might have. Additionally, it holds up the lines and becomes an inconvenience to other patrons as they have to send staff to verify.

I really enjoy using my PC Mastercard to accumulate points towards groceries. There's always $20 or $40 waiting for me to redeem. The people at the self-checkout are approachable and helpful if a terminal packs up and Presidents Choice continues to be the best house brand available, IMHO. I have found it frustrating to shop at this store after a sale or after a weekend. SS's shelves get stripped bare of items ranging from chick peas to table salt. Then, it take weeks for the product to be re-stocked. I also find the Beatrice brand of milk doesn't keep well. I now find myself shopping more at Walmart and Save On Foods because they carry Dairyland products.
