Sitting here waiting for them to open at 11am. It’s 11:06am and it doesn’t look like anyone is there yet. I’ve been wanting to try this place for awhile but if they can’t open when they say I will just go somewhere else.
If I could do a 0 star review I would. When they first opened the food was delicious and the customer service was great. However, today was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. I wasn’t even picking up food for myself but coworkers. The rude witch at the front desk was loud, disrespectful, and hostile. The situation was so bad I told her that they have fell off and that’s why I don’t come there. I’d rather go to Miami Grill. THE REAL DEAL is TRASH NOW!
