This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in Thailand! The hotel and restaurant service has been exceptional. 5 star rating without a doubt. Everyone is very friendly, always with a smile and extremely accommodating to any and all requests and desires. Special mention must be given to Bream and Lina, who have been super amazing! The company should be proud to have such wonderful staff working for them! They are a great asset to the team I have worked in 5star hotels and restaurants in Australia for over 10years.....so i know what fantastic service looks like.
