Paço Real Recife Airport Complaint On 12/08/2024 we went to the Paço Real Aeroporto Recife restaurant and were served very hastily by a hostess called Jucilene, Jacielma, Juiceleide... A name like that. They did not take enough time to check and explain in detail the conditions of access to the restaurant using Loungekey. We were 6 people. Each black card holder is entitled to access to VIP rooms and she confirmed to us that this restaurant has a partnership with card operators and that it functions as a VIP room. Previously, it was necessary to swipe a physical card. Today, it is done via QR code in the app. She asked me how many accesses I still had available, and I showed her the screen of my Inter App which stated that it was unlimited. So she swiped my QR code and wrote down "5 guests". I thought it was strange and questioned it. She said no message appeared on the machine stating that any additional access would incur a charge. So, I signed. On 12/20/2024 I received a charge notification of R$848.67 related to this situation. Everything was very poorly explained by the attendant. I have additional cards that allow holders access to VIP rooms. However, today most of them no longer physically swipe the card. Only by QR Code and this is generated by the account holder's App. The amount charged is greater than the cost of consumption in the restaurant, if I had not used any access with my black card.
