Many gluten free options. Chips that come with the artichoke dip are not fried separately if that is something you need. I was ok with that. I has the grilled chicken flatbread crust was gluten free. It is something the table can share as an app My husband said it tasted great. My husband had two different tacos. They were good size. If you like to drink a soda be prepared to be charged for your refill. We were surprised to see that. Dessert was a little pricey for a sliver of flourless chocolate cake for $11. I was suprised how much the bill was, but had to remind myself we're in Mystic. It was a beautiful day to sit outside and enjoy my birthday lunch. When in Mystic, Red 36 is a must stop. Finely appointed dining area, comfortable bar and great service, not to mention, directly On the Water. Had their Mexican Salad with chicken. Perfect portions, great presentation, healthy eating and delicious from start to finish. Will come back to sit on the open air deck to watch the boats and sit in the sun. A must stop when in Mystic! 10/10 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
