From a purchase on 7/23/26. Bought a blueberry and an apple fritter, two apple cider doughnuts and an apple pie. Fritters and doughnuts were very good, fritters were tender and not oversugared. Cake doughnuts were light and delicious. The pie was warm and seemed to be freshly made. I had a few issues with the pie-it had a tough bottom crust, probably the dough was handled too much. Apples were undercooked, they had a texture that seemed there was a bit too much calcium chloride added (though I could be wrong on this). Pie juice was overly thick. Filling flavor was balanced wrt apple, sweetness and spice. The pie ($25) was a real disappointment compared to the pastries. I hope this was a one off for the bakery. Edit to add also bought a quart of cider-it was good, fresh and sweet with enough acidity. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $20–30 Recommended dishes: Apple Cider Donuts
