High class Italian place. Great meat! We’ve been there a few times, one of the times we had a personal issue that made us leave about 15 minutes after we arrived. Nicole, packed the food for us and refused to take any payment. Although the issue was only related to our personal situation, she wanted us to at least enjoy the appetizers we ordered! I absolutely loved my experience here! The food was delicious, but what truly made this place special was my server, Brandy. She was incredibly kind and genuine, she had the warm, caring energy of an auntie who makes you feel right at home. Her kindness and attentiveness made me feel so well taken care of. It’s rare to meet someone whose hospitality feels so authentic. The food was great, but Brandy made the experience unforgettable. I’d happily come back just to have her as my server again! There simply are no bad choices on the menu. Whether it’s pasta, seafood, steak, or a seasonal special, the quality and flavor are consistently exceptional. At minimum, Red Ash deserves a Bib Gourmand designation from the Michelin Guide. There are restaurants in Austin that have received Michelin recognition, yet few can match the flavor, quality, consistency, and overall value that Red Ash delivers.
