Normally i judge a bar to their served whiskey. But I now have to up the experience of serving the atmosphere. Food is available, drinks are on par with higher level clubs, but it is the atmosphere I choose to go for this place. Price per person: $200–400 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
