For those who are about to go. Please keep in mind that the customer service at this store is second to none. If you go in with the mindset that the customer service level is zero from the beginning, you won't have to worry about anything. Details: When ordering at the cash register, there was a person with a blonde bob. I placed an order, but I was asked again if I had difficulty hearing, so I answered politely again. Well, I thought it was hard to hear because he was wearing a mask and there was plastic between him (no problem at all). When the clerk told me the price, the amount the cashier and the person said were different. When I asked again, ``Huh? Is it XX yen...?'', the clerk, who had started working with his back turned, looked very annoyed and in a bad mood and said, ``Yes, though.'' He looked as if he wanted to say, "Huh?" I had a hard time hearing myself, so I had to listen again. It's hard for both of us to hear each other because we're wearing masks. And it was 100 yen less than the amount you originally said. As expected, you can't mishear "Kyuhyaku..." and "Sen". I don't mind saying it wrong, but if the customer asked me again, I'd think it was hard to hear. It's time to prepare your mind for that, right? It seemed like he was really looking down on people, and I felt disgusted. But I don't think it will be fixed. Looking at the cash register and the way they brought the food afterward, the other people were not so sloppy in their customer service. It was also nice to hear the person with the black bob hair who brought the food to me say, ``If you'd like, please use this too.'' However, when I looked at the other staff members afterwards, I didn't see any smiles on their faces. I wasn't expecting such a nasty attitude, so the body blow really worked. Before going here, I read the reviews and thought, ``This is Red Brick Cafe. It looks like I'll have a good experience'' I went there with high expectations. (The Sabbattilla was delicious) Red Brick Warehouse is a tourist destination that everyone wants to visit. Therefore, there is no shortage of customers. So I don't think customer service will change. So, if you keep in mind that the customer service here is not good before you go, you will be able to get over even if you get a bad attitude.
