Calling to verify allergies before stopping in the next day for lunch on a job trip and talked with Casandra. She was nice and I felt bad making her run around to check a bunch of ingredients but she was positive and kind. She even let me know that if I wanted better answers I could call back at a later time when a more experienced person was available later in the day. But her answers were very helpful and gave me what I needed to know. If I could of eaten there safely I would of left a tip for here even if she wasn't there. I used to come here when I was a little girl the pizza and service was amazing, I just went today after many years with my kids and we walked in and the group infront was helped and seated, while I proceeded to hold my heavy car seat and wait for about 5 mins before I sent my hubby to see if we needed to seat our self’s do to no sign explaining ( please wait to be seated) or ( please seat yourself). After we had been seated for a while I had my drink sitting on the end of the table for more than half the time I was there, eventually had to go to the bar and wait again to be helped just for a drink so I wasn’t drinking my hubbys drink. It’s not hard to check on ur tables ~ coming from a manager and server pretty disappointing have good service and the shitty food wouldn’t make the outing so bad Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

What a huge disappointment. We were looking forward to trying the Brick after recently moving to the area. We both ordered the ribeye. Mine done medium and my husband ordered his med well. After waiting. An hour after placing our order. Our steaks finally arrived. They were not the ribeyes we ordered. They were way overcooked tenderloins. Mine was inedible. We brought this to the attention of our server and she ignored us the rest of the time we were there. Another server is the one that came to check on us. While they did take my meal off the bill, it was not enough for me to warrant giving them a second chance. We will not be back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50
