Had a wonderful dinner at Red Brick Kitchen Café. One of the highlights was the beautiful mountain view, which created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere while we dined. The food was delicious, fresh, and well-presented, and the portions were satisfying. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout the evening. Combined with the scenic surroundings, it made for a truly enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good food with a lovely view. Tempat yang tenang, banyak spot ootd.. the food sangat sedap, dah 3 kali repeat. So far, rasa tak lari dan semua yang saya order sedap2. Staff pon friendly. Visited Red Brick Kitchen today to celebrate my mom's birthday. The food portion was good, the environment was comfortable, and the view was nice. Overall, the dining experience was pleasant. However, I feel that the customer service could be improved, especially considering that a 10% service charge is imposed. The staff seemed a bit less friendly and not very engaging. Since it was my mom's birthday, I politely asked whether they could sing a birthday song when bringing out the cake, as many cafes and restaurants usually accommodate such simple requests when customers celebrate special occasions. Unfortunately, the request was declined. When the cake was served, it was simply placed on the table in its box without being opened or presented. It felt a little disappointing, especially for a birthday celebration. While I understand that not every restaurant offers birthday surprises, a little warmth and effort from the staff would have made the occasion feel more special. Food and atmosphere were great, but the service experience did not meet expectations. In my opinion, it is difficult to justify charging a 10% service fee when the level of service provided is less than satisfactory. Price per person: RM 200+ Parking space: Plenty of parking
