This was my first time visiting Red Castle Korean BBQ—actually, my first time at any Korean BBQ restaurant—and it turned out to be a really fun experience. The servers were very attentive and helpful, which made learning the process a lot easier. At first it was a little confusing since I wasn’t familiar with all the menu items, but that’s part of what made it enjoyable—I even found myself looking things up to better understand what I was trying. Overall, the food was flavorful and the atmosphere was lively, which made it a great first experience. One note: parking is very limited, so be prepared for that when you go. We called ahead of time to ask about wait times, and they said it would be around 30 minutes. When we arrived we checked in and waited outside the door. 30 minutes go by then an hour then 1 hrs 30 minutes. Before we left my buddy went to use restroom, and inquired multiple times. As he left the restroom he saw the lady throw away the waiting list with our names still on it. We then just decided to leave and go somewhere else. Honestly never going to go there again.
