I've enjoyed their food many times and it's consistently been good. The taste ,portions and price seem to be well aligned . The staff have also been very helpful. I appreciate them all around Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I don't think Red Chilli Restaurant is serious about the services they are providing. Neither do they care about the people who order food from them. Probably, they think they are offering favours to the very people they claim to be serving. Well, today is the last day I am ordering food from them.
