My partner and I weren’t sure what to order, but the gentleman behind the counter (who I believe may have been the owner) immediately put us at ease. He asked if we’d visited before and, when we said no, he kindly took the time to walk us through the entire menu. After we placed our order, he went above and beyond by offering us a selection of meats with three different sauces so we could decide what we liked best. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed his passion for the food and customer experience. He also explained that everything is freshly made, with no frozen items, and that their chilli sauce is homemade. We left feeling genuinely valued and appreciated as customers, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The interior was lovely too - clean, stylish, and with a view of the food being freshly prepared behind the counter. As for the food itself, absolutely amazing, and very generous portions! Live int peak district, fancied a burger..googled nearest burger place ..was gonna go to macdonalds..humble professional and absolutely spotless..probably the best burger lve ever had...can't wait to go back tomorrow and try 'shawarma'..not been eating so well..but this place has re ignited my appetite..thankyou red flame .see you tomorrow..from the peak district.23 miles rou d trip..worth every penny and mile driven...simple menu..cooked with love..
