Being at this place, try good sticky toffee pudding, apple crumble and lemon meringue. You will be offered delicious ale, beer or scotch. It might be nice to enjoy great coffee.

Lovely meal, booked late but had a lovely table in restaurant which was busy. Attended to very well by the staff, all very courteous, helpful and flexible with options for the menu. We all had something different and all 100% happy. Vegetables were perfect, freshly cooked and home from home. Recommend the risotto, vegetable Wellington in particular. Kids menu generous for smaller appetites. Desserts delicious too. Lady waitress was very helpful with my mum who loves a chat! Note to self, don't judge a book by the cover!

So much choice for GF and delicious. Had the Gf battered fish and chips and daughter had the funghi gf pizza. Chuffed! Lovely setting and staff too Service: 5

Had a great dinner at The Red Lion. We were starving after getting off the Le Shuttle and decided on this great tavern, just 10 minutes away. We enjoyed the bacon and brie ciabatta as an appetizer. My wife loved her fish and chips entre. Huge piece of haddock. I really enjoyed the sweet potato and chickpea curry. (Only the naan was disappointing.) Would highly recommend a stop.
