My wife was there at the Earl's Court branch yesterday waiting for me for just a couple of minutes without ordering, as the place was completely empty. She was asked to leave. I'm a regular customer at this branch and others, and I genuinely enjoy the food. But this policy is idiotic. It really shows that you see people as profit and not as customers.
