For the 3 flavors of shrimp, the rest were good but the Street corn shrimp, was cold and didn't not agree with the rest of the food I had. Waiter seemed in a rush. This restaurant and/or it’s location have gone downhill drastically. We called and made a reservation for 9 people. I instantly was worried about how things would go when I arrived because of the interaction I had with the hostess on the phone. I called on my way to the restaurant that evening and told them I would like to add one more guest to my reservation and was told there would still be a wait when i arrived. I asked how long and she told me maybe about 20 minutes. I replied that 20 minutes was no big deal. When I arrived, I checked in at the host stand and was told again, it will be a 20-25 minute wait. It became clear to me that the hostess’s, especially one in particular don’t know how to put guests on a wait and we’re not in the loop when tables were made available. We ended up waiting 40 minutes for a table that had been sitting open for a long time. THANK God we had a great server. I helped myself to a high chair for my child since the hostess never retrieved one for me. Hostesses get 0 stars from me, my server gets 5 stars. The bathrooms were trashed as well. I don’t plan to eat at Red Lobster anytime soon and I won’t recommend to a friend. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
