Our waiter was really sweet . But the food is DISGUSTING!!!! I was only able to eat the bread & baked potato. No flavor , not fully cooked . Just all around gross . Wait times was loooonggg even though the restaurant was empty . Never going back again . Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

So I ordered on the red lobster website for delivery and they use DoorDash to deliver. My Dasher did not deliver my food to me. Did not even answer the phone. I waited outside. Had a complete nightmare dealing with DoorDash to get a refund. Still didn’t get a refund went up to red lobster in Orange Park on Blanding first of all the restaurant is clean beautiful the food was excellent. They remade my order gave me more biscuits and didn’t charge me extra so really owes lobster the refund now in my opinion because I was fully expecting to have to repay for my food since DoorDash didn’t deliver my food and the manager was more than kind told me not to worry about. It insisted that I take the food and it was just amazing not only were they so helpful and kind. The food was delicious. Everybody inside was nice and this is my new go to restaurant now, I will never use DoorDash again. I will just pick up my food but they made a nightmare better and I just want to give red lobster props for that and their management team and orange Park on Blanding Boulevard excellent excellent service and so very kind.
