Service was not good and our food came an hour later after ordering and was told that a BIG door dash came in at same time of our order. The shrimp,crab legs were over cooked and the rice was crunchy. A manager did not come over at all until we asked if one was there. He did discount our meal but never going back! So disappointed! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Me and a friend came in today for his birthday and we Had a very nice time the place was clean the waitress her name is Jocelyn. She was very nice upbeat, very personable and we had some good laughs. Also, the manager on duty was very professional and me and her shared a couple laughs about a writing pin that belong to Jocelyn. She said she would give Jocelyn the pin back for me, but I laughed and said I’m gonna stand right here and make sure you give her her pen back Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Limited Edition Red Lobster Shaker Cup, Main Deck Margarita Flight, Lobster Bisque, Ultimate Feast

Food once it came out was hot, tasted good and was exactly what I wanted. However the waitress was overwhelmed attending to an entire section while managers and others just stood around. My check took 30min to be corrected before I went and became alittle pushy and asked a manager to help my waitress with correcting the problem.
