I had a very disappointing experience at the Red Lobster in Greece, NY. I ended up wasting both my time and my money. The service was much slower than expected, and the overall experience just didn’t match the price we paid. The food wasn’t as fresh or flavorful as I expected, and it arrived after a long wait. The restaurant also didn’t seem well organized, and it felt like customer service wasn’t a priority. For what we spent, I expected a much better dining experience. Unfortunately, this visit left a bad impression, and I don’t plan on coming back. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving both the service and food quality. Price per person: $100+

We have been going to Red Lobster for decades and always went on our wedding anniversaries for the Pick 4 Shrimp menu item. The last time we were in, we were told that it was no longer an option. So we were devastated and said goodbye to an era. Well last night was our 27th wedding anniversary and I called on the off chance that it was back on the menu and it was! Even the unlimited shrimp were back which we didn't expect. And our experience was great. Our server Kassidy was on point and the food was better than ever! The grass wasn't cut which always makes me nervous. I don't want this place to go away. Its my absolute, all time favorite, the shrimp is gas, there's nothing better I think these other people who complain are just haters and trying to get free food, you'll never please them! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I placed an online order via the red lobster website for delivery & this is what I received! Burnt shrimp & biscuits...I called to notify & was not able to come in & pick up a new order due to not having a vehicle. The manager & associate I talked to the 1st time where very nice & apologetic & stated they would email corporate to send me a gift card in 7 days. I then called back 30 minutes later & stated that I can come in & pick up because I now have a ride, the woman that answered the 2nd time stated I can't because the email has already been sent. Ok send a new email stating that a new resolution has been found. Will not order from here again. Food: 1
