Thank you for closing this location. It is a disgrace to red lobsters. Period worst customer service I've ever seen. I will never go back to this location even if it opens again. Food was barely mediocre management was the worst. The tables were very sticky like soda was Spilled on them. The waiter said it was A. Chemical they used. I live an hour Away at lake Gaston what a waste of trip. I went to this restaurant twice. Thinking the first time was just a mistake. My birthday dinner was a disaster. They brought me crab legs with no metal crackers, and the cheap plastic cutters bent and broke as I was trying to cut into the crab. When it broke it busted my thumb open, so I couldn't want any of my crab. The manager only offered to take 10% off the meal. I had to pay for something I didn't even eat. We paid, left, and went somewhere else for dinner. I will never go back there. As this is the 3rd bad experience in 6 months.
