I don't do reviews but this is a first ! 1-31-2024 lunch at REDLOBSTER ST.CLOUD food ok but service slow 30-35 % full average age 60-80 I'm 70 had to flag down waitress for refills of coffee and soda waited 15 min or more for main course after we finished our salads food was warm . Then I notice waitress spending a lot of time at tables helping people pay they bill but in fact I found out waitress were pushing RED LOBSTER REWARD signing people up. Must be some CORP brain storm ideal waitress should be waiting tables serving customers ! The waitress was great but how long are you going to keep good waitress. TIPS are down and going down why would good managers stay at a business that reviews are bad ( slow) service. Good luck! I will not be back till I see better reviews

Worst meal we've ever had. Shrimp was soggy and tasteless grandsons cheeseburger could've been used as a hockey puck. Ultimate feast wasn't Ultimate at all. 90 $ meal that wasn't worth 20 $ waitress was really nice so that's why they get 1 star

got the fish and chips.the batter was oil soaked and mushy.the fish was just warm,and had a large piece of skin not removed from the filet.white castle has better food.
