Weird that in such a touristic city staff does not speak English, we were pushed away in a very rude manner by a woman who works there because we didn’t have a reservation and that’s okay, but this could have been handled by staff politely, not just barking at us like she did us a big favour simply talking to us. Upd. /after owner’s very predictable reply/ The restaurant is probably very nice, and it’s totally fine that we were denied, since we didn’t reserve in advance. Not fine is the attitude, high demand for restaurant doesn’t give any right to treat people arrogant and disrespectfully.

Good morning Mr Anna.We are sorry ,that our explanation that we had no place at the time of your visit was taken as rude , but no matter how much you insist if you find everything booked,it means that our place has quality and courtesy. As for our speaking English, I don’t think it is obligatory,even if it is useful in our sector, but when travelling you need to know at least the linguistics of the country you visit. The steak was amazing! The staff was not really happy to serve us in english but until the end a nice lady was assigned to our table and made the experience slightly better. The location gives it a bit of an underground pub that you would not normally choose. But if you are in Sardinia and full of pizza and pasta, this should be your place to go. The food was absolutely delicious, the steak was so juicy and it melted in the mouth. The service was very quick, the lady and the man (who I assume own the restaurant) were so friendly and funny, they chatted to us and made us feel so welcome, thank you for my lollipop I would definitely love to visit again at some point.
