I highly recommend Red Orchild food however there biggest mistake is the delivery time if u order even at 12 noon asking them to deliver they don’t deliver by priority buy by distance it’s rather disgusting to sit and wait for hours to wait for food this is happening at Pelawatte Branch all the time. Higher management please rectify this issue ASAP

hi we are regular customers at red orchids castle road Bambalapitiya for their takeaway value rice, each time we have been disappointed ,there's always 3 tiny pieces of chicken, small quantity of rice, hardly fried with vegetables, always we request the steward to see that reasonable chicken and vegetables are put,but once we get home to eat, we are always disappointed!!!! enough is enough!!!! will never order again!!!! also will discaroge friends from patronising red orchids!!!!

Last week we went to Red Orchids Palawatte for lunch . Ordered our usual Chow Mien mixed noodles . It was so disappointing ... This was the first time we had this experience . No taste . Watery .incepid .
We asked the manager if the usual chef was off duty . He denied and insisted it is normal.
We have decided never to go back unless we have an apology of some sorts .
