Super class Chinese experience. Food was excellent. Bit expensive but portions were big. Cost worthy. ... Most importantly a very much friendly staff with super service... Thank you. Extremely disappointed with the service. I was told my lunch pack would be ready in 10 minutes, yet I ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes for a single set menu pack. There were three staff members at the reception, one disappeared midway, and not a single person apologised for the delay or gave a proper update. Instead, I was constantly stalled while waiting around unnecessarily. This level of service is honestly ridiculous, especially during lunchtime when people are trying to get back to work on time. Sadly, after being a regular customer, this has completely put me off. There are far better options available, and I’d rather pay more elsewhere for reliable service and basic courtesy. I have visited Red Orchids Restaurant many times and have also ordered deliveries on several occasions. Every experience has been consistently good. The food is delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. The food portions are generous and well suited for sharing among a good number of people, which makes it great for families and gatherings. They also have a very good spread of menu options, offering plenty of choices for different tastes. The ambience is pleasant when dining in, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Delivery orders are well packed and arrive on time as well. Highly recommended for quality food, good portions, and reliable service.
