The bartender/server was ok at best. Took awhile to get menus. Table was sticky. Our food arrived but had to ask for condiments to be filled on table. Server couldn't find me a knife? What?? Food came out quickly and was tasty. The restaurant seemed dirty all over. The ladies room barely had TP, the faucets were so you could only wash one hand at a time. May pass returning to this location. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40

Service was fast and friendly. The manager stopped by our table to say hi and make sure everything was going well. He also personally brought our dessert to our table. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My family and I have been coming to this Red Robin ever since we moved to Highlands Ranch in 2006. It’s one of my favorite restaurants and I always seem to find myself craving their food (it’s actually been kind of a problem for my waistline and wallet lol). Service is almost always stellar. Never have to wait very long for food to come out. Food is always hot and fresh. Delivery orders are packaged and prepared carefully. Plenty of seating options even when it’s packed. Wait times for tables have rarely been egregious. I can count on one hand the bad experiences my family and I have had there but even during these, management has been genuinely apologetic and more than willing to do whatever it took to make it right. Red Robin has been a staple of celebration, comfort, and relaxation throughout most of my life and I’m always happy to support all the hardworking, friendly, and professional staff there. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section, Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes
