The varied menu based on Canadian cuisine is what you are offered at this restaurant. Nicely cooked salads, cheeseburgers and bacon will impress you at the first bite. From the visitors' point of view, the staff is appealing here. Prices are democratic for the quality you receive. But in comparison with other restaurants, Facebook gives Red Robin a below average rating.

Food is Usually Good the Service Sucks
I tried two different times (two separate months) to connect with catering for a business meeting. Both times management was "in a meeting". I declined the call back today as I am still waiting for the call back from several months ago!
Be attentive. Allow staff to handle catering calls. Return calls.
I am very disappointed in the service I have received. I an undecided if I will be trying this a third time.
